David D. Engle was born 1963 in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. He attended The Pennsylvania State University (B.A., Political Science with high distinction, 1986) (Phi Beta Kappa). He received his legal education at the University of North Carolina (J.D., 1989) and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1989.

Jill C. Engle was born in Bedford, Pennsylvania in 1969. She attended the Pennsylvania State University (B.A., Communications, 1990), and the American University’s law school (J.D., cum laude 2000). She was admitted to the New York and Pennsylvania bars in 2002.

As such, she primarily provides counsel and assistance to the other attorneys in the firm in the areas of family law, business planning, estate planning and estate administration/probate.
